Newly built infrastructure exclusively for the benefit of the SIMSA INDUSTRIAL PARK, includes a new water well with a 10 inch central pipe and 3 main branches inside the park which generates a flow of 100 liters per second. There is a new drainage collector with an 8 inch central pipe in addition to the existing 6-inch drainage pipe in the interior of the park which creates a drainage capacity of 10 liters per second. Green areas will be irrigated using a percentage of recycled water from the nearby wastewater treatment plant, which has a discharge capacity of 5 liters per second.
SERVICES
High quality utility services include an electric capacity of 6,112 KVA, fiber optic phone and internet service, and a natural gas network of 8 inch, high density polyethylene ducts. The industrial park is illuminated with an extensive network of photocell operated, LED street lights. A network of fire hydrants are placed at strategic points in the park.
